Security

When any viewing or access appointment is undertaken we prioritise the security of the property and the safety of our rep.

Once an appointment is complete we always double check for open doors or windows at all entrance points. We also ensure that all lighting is turned off once we leave.

During the winter, with the collaboration with the agent, we can also turn the boiler on to avoid frozen pipes, boiler damage through lack of use and aiding the viewing atmosphere.

When appointments are undertaken with multiple visitors we conduct two types of services; 1. Guided and 2. Unguided. Guided meaning that each viewing slot is booked across a period of time where visitors do not arrive all at once or close together. Unguided is when, with previously obtained details of the visitor, allow managed access to people. This is limited by the size of the property.

A thorough security check is completed at the end of each appointment.

Safety

Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our field team members and the people that they visit. Our services are designed with the preparation and use of Risk Assessments. A Risk Assessment is a systematic process of evaluating the potential risks that may be involved in a projected activity or undertaking.

Our field Attendants have been trained to ensure a strict code of practice is followed when conducting services with Access 2 View in order to maintain a safe working environment.

Access 2 View supports the Suzy Lamplugh Trust, whose core motive is to help people remain safe, including when visiting private residential property to conduct services. We believe that as a company we have an important responsibility to ensure our field team is prepared for any unexpected safety issues that may arise and to help them remain safe during the appointments to which they are booked.

Preparation

Please help us to provide your customer with the best possible marketing services we can by advising them in advanced to have their property ready for our visit. Primarily this refers to photography where a property may not be ready in time.

We are happy to rebook an appointment if we learn that it’s not ready in advanced. This can save the added cost of a revisit for you and ensure that your customers are satisfied with the photography of their property.
