Are your Field Agents trustworthy?

We know trust is essential. Our success is built on a set of core ethics. We have sourced the best possible professionals to ensure we deliver on these core values for our clients. Our Field Team is fully insured in-house to maximise protection for every appointment. They have also been background checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service (a new version of the Criminal Records Bureau check) and we track each appointment using a software call StaySafeApp.

This allows us to track our Field Agents at appointment times only and provides plenty of lone worker protection functions.

Where do you currently operate? Do you have weaker areas?

Our services operate throughout the British Isles, including Northern Ireland, Jersey, and includes all surrounding islands too. On some occasions it may take us a few more hours to confirm the appointment, but we will always let you know if there is an issue for you to take alternative action.

What hours are your services available?

Our Field Agents operate from 8am through to 8pm, Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays. You can book appointments for any of these times. This gives you the opportunity to market property when potential tenants or buyers want to view. We know that by offering viewings to your customers at ‘out-of-office’ hours we’ll help you to sell or let property faster.

Our internal office team work from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. Need us be here longer? Tell us your requirements and we’ll make it happen.

What can I use your Sit & Wait (within concierge) service for?

The Sit & Wait service is the magic screwdriver in our repertoire. Using this service, you can arrange for a Field Agent to be at the property for a window of time for any property reason at all!

Typically, we arrange access for Surveyors, Tradesmen, Utility Companies, Tradesmen, Carpet Fitters and anyone else that says that they’ll arrive between 9-12 or 13-17, or any other times!

How long is the set-up process?

You can book a demo or just arrange a call back. Once we have spoken with you and confirmed your details we will send you your login info. You will be able to create other users for your company when you have logged in.

Once on our system you can start booking jobs immediately. Once ready we’ll provide you with any additional ‘one on one’ training to maximise the benefits of our system. Most people are confident to order alone without the training from the start, but we’re here always to support when needed.

How do we get keys to you?

We can collect the keys in person for a small fee or you can arrange for a key safe to be installed. Our preferred method for both speed and security is KeyPing. With KeyPing clients can send keys to a local locker near to the property. Each locker has 24hr CCTV and provides traceable access for your keys. When providing access, you can send a unique access code to grant access to the keys.

Options for sending keys;

  1.   Arrange for an in-person key collection from the Vendor, your office or a third party
  2.   Install a key safe and send us the relevant information
  3.   Use KeyPing lockers – only up to 10 mins walk to a locker in any UK city or up to 10 mins drive in other urbanised areas. Access 24/7 with CCTV
  4.   The Keyholder is given an email with a unique QR code – they then scan the code at a locker and place the keys inside
  5.   We can courier them from any UK address same day to a selected locker. This is surprisingly affordable
Handovers completions & returns. What happens to keys?

Whether the property sells, lets or does neither you can arrange to have the keys handed over, to the tenant, buyer, other nominated party, using several options.  

Options for returning keys;

  1.   Arrange for a key return to the Vendor, your office or a third party in-person
  2.   We can use an installed key safe and leave the keys in there
  3.   You can use our favoured option, KeyPing lockers – only up to 10 mins walk to a locker in any UK city or up to 10 mins drive in other urbanised areas. Access 24/7 with CCTV
  4.   The Keyholder is given an email with a unique QR code – they then scan the code at a locker and place the keys inside. The person requiring the keys receives another email with their unique code and collects them
  5.   We can courier them from any UK address same day to a selected locker. This is surprisingly affordable
How do I manage my keys with the KeyPing system?

The KeyPing system is a separate system so provides you with an additional level of security and flexibility. This allows you to you multiple third-party companies and suppliers besides Access 2 View.

Do I always need to send the keys?

No, this is only required when convenient to do so. Although a single key collection and return is included with our unlimited viewing pack as standard.

How long is each viewing, and how many people can attend?

The allotted time for a single viewing is up to 30 minutes. The single viewing service is intended for one viewer or a couple, though you can arrange for larger families to visit with notice given. Subsequent viewings can be added to the first booking for a reduced fee. However, our Viewing Pack is the most affordable way to manage the costs to a property sale. Our block viewings are very popular for lettings.

Why should I trust Access2View with my keys?

Access2View only use trusted background checked people. We work closely to our partners KeyPing, a ground-breaking key service for agents of all varieties.

We always recommend that when sending keys through the post to make sure that;

  1.   They are not the only set you or the Vendor have – only send copies. We work   with Timpson and happily recommend them as a preferred supplier.
  2.   That you use the appropriate level of delivery service that meets your requirements. Don’t send second class if you are uncomfortable with the risk of your parcel going adrift.
  3.   Never send keys with any identifying marks or information that can link them to a property. Should the keys get lost a new set can be cut without the worry of them being connected to any property.
  4.   Remember when your keys are with us they are insured for up to £50! You can rest in knowing they are safe.
